Operations Manager- S+R

The Operations Manager supports department managers in achieving labor and revenue goals by overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility. They also work to enhance profitability, improve productivity, and ensure high service standards. The role involves collaboration, mentorship, and ensuring equipment, policies, and procedures adhere to company standards.

Requirements

• Standing for long periods with frequent bending and turning.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to withstand extreme hot/cold temperatures.
• Ability to flex schedule as needed.
• TABC certification required.
• Food Service Manager certification required.
• Goes beyond the normal expectations without compromising the company mission, vision and values.

• Monitors the consistency of the product provided to all guests.
