The Customer Service Representative is responsible for meeting customer needs and expectations, and has a proven ability to listen attentively, solve problems quickly and efficiently, and create high-quality professional relationships with external and internal customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 1-2 years proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service, preferably in healthcare environment
• Strong attention to detail and follow up skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective time-management and prioritization skills
• Quick learner with ability to adapt to changing requirements while maintaining a positive disposition
• Ability to problem solve, work individually and under minimal supervision in a fast-paced hybrid work environment
