Job Description
Enterra Medical is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to support surgical implant placement, post-operative management, customer service, and clinical study activities for their Enterra® Therapy. The role is predominantly clinically driven and involves expertise in gastroparesis treatment. Candidates should be able to support both physicians and patients.
Requirements
- Provide expert clinical support to physicians and healthcare providers.
- Educate and train health care professionals on gastroparesis treatment.
- Respond to customer needs and concerns regarding products and services.
- Support and record product observations and complaints.
- Manage company resources and comply with regulations.
- Be available after normal working hours.
