Human Resources Internship

Enterprise Properties is seeking a part-time Human Resources Intern to support the Talent Acquisition team. This role involves assisting with candidate sourcing, coordinating interviews, monitoring recruiting metrics, and data analysis. The intern will contribute to recruitment activities and provide administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, and HR practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively
