The Operations Manager will oversee the performance and coordination of five core departments within Freedom Health Systems: Patient Access, Scheduling, Quality Assurance/Medical Records, Prior Authorization, and Medical Billing. This role ensures alignment with strategic goals, maintains high levels of administrative support for healthcare clients, and fosters an environment of accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for all five departments
- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and organizational standards
- Oversee the integration of departmental functions to improve service delivery
- Manage department budgets and resource allocation in alignment with company goals
- Develop, monitor, and report performance metrics for department heads
- Facilitate collaboration with Enterprise Management Solutions’ Accounts Receivables Department Manager through an entity-level contract.
- Conduct weekly operational meetings with department heads
- Review departmental reports and performance indicators
- Approve scheduling and resource plans for each department
- Evaluate and update standard operating procedures on a quarterly basis
- Coordinate monthly operational updates with Executive Director
- Resolve emergent operational issues as they arise
- Step in during critical staffing shortages or coverage needs
- Address client concerns related to administrative service delivery
- Lead or assist with special projects and system conversions (e.g., LLC transition)
