We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Coordinator with experience managing technology projects to support a Phone System Migration and Audio-Visual (A/V) refresh project. The role will involve planning, project schedule creation, tracking and management of deadlines, project phases, installations, and milestones; quality, scope & change management.
Requirements
- Strong experience with phone systems and audio-visual (A/V) systems.
- At least 6 years of experience as a Technical Project Coordinator, Technical Project Lead, Technical Project Manager or similar role for successful technology projects involving large scale assessment and deployment, and/or phone or telephony systems or similar technology migration projects for a large company or organization.
- Demonstrated experience with documenting requirements for infrastructure migration projects.
- Intermediate to advanced experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Advanced experience using Project Management tools (MS Project, Asana, etc.).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
