Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Welding Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in metal fabrication or heavy industrial manufacturing, including leadership responsibility
- Strong knowledge of welding standards, fabrication codes, and industrial safety practices
