Injection Machine Molding Operator

Our site in Chaska, MN is seeking a Injection Molding Machine Operator to join our team. This will be a contract position with possibility of conversion to a permanent position in the future. The injection molding machine operator produces a variety of high-quality plastic components from resin pellets that are utilized by both internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and have the right to work in the US without sponsorship.
• At least one (1) year of previous experience working in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software is preferred.
• Great attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Proven ability to execute manufacturing processes within a tight tolerance.
• Must be able to stand and walk for 50% of the duration of the shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required to be worn at all times while on duty.
