Job Description
Ensono is seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Platform Administrator to join their IT team. The role involves administering, configuring, maintaining, and improving their ServiceNow platform to drive operational efficiency and support digital transformation. The administrator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and act as a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience administering and configuring ServiceNow
- Proven experience with multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM)
- Experience with ServiceNow configuration and integrations
- ServicioNow Certified System Administrator certification
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification (preferred)
- ITIL Foundation certification (preferred)
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and security model
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
