The Cook III is a culinary professional responsible for preparing ingredients and components to exact specifications, maintaining clean and organized work stations, and assisting with receiving and storing deliveries.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort
• Endurance to stand for long periods and walk moderate distances
• Ability to work in fast-paced and hot kitchen environments
• Capability to lift, push, and pull a moderate amount of weight (Up to 50lbs)
• Flexible to work in different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
