Job Description
Enova is seeking a Deputy Head of Business - Consumer to support the business development and financial planning of their product line teams. This role requires collaboration with other teams, managing consumer risks, analyzing market trends, and driving performance. The position offers a pathway to other leadership roles within Enova.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to collaborate, motivate teams, and drive performance.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial statements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
