Job Description
Ennoble Care is seeking a Per Diem Nurse Practitioner to provide face-to-face assessments care to hospice patients in the Morris, Essex, and Passaic County, NJ region. The role involves conducting visits with patients, performing physical exams, and prescribing medications under physician supervision. This is a full-time position with a per-visit payment structure.

- Valid ROLE certification in state of job location

- 1-2 years of primary care experience with older adults
