We are looking for a Technical Support Coordinator to handle technical questions and support issues related to a modern SaaS platform, structure customer inquiries, and provide clarity as an interface between customers and technology.

- Friendly, confident, and precise communication with customers
- Ability to turn unclear inquiries into fully qualified tickets
- Prioritization and coordination of customer inquiries
- Involvement of specialists when necessary
