The role involves planning, organizing, and delivering high-quality swimming lessons to children aged 5-15, while demonstrating professionalism and a passion for the sport. Coaches should be reliable and committed to best teaching practices.

Requirements

• Minimum Level 1 qualified swimming coach
• Minimum 2 years experience working as a swimming coach with children aged 5+
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Experience in planning, organizing, and delivering high-quality coaching sessions
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to use various IT programmes (Microsoft Office) and engage with social media
• Pleasant and approachable character
