The Project Management Advisor is responsible for leading the development, positioning, and lifecycle management of ENGIE’s power products across North America. This role bridges market intelligence, customer needs, system constraints, and commercial innovation to deliver differentiated energy solutions that drive growth, profitability, and sustainability.
Requirements
- Define and execute the power product roadmap aligned with ENGIE’s commercial strategy and energy transition goals.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and customer feedback identifying new product opportunities.
- Champion innovation in product design, including renewable integration, flexible load solutions, and digital offerings.
- Collaborate with Origination, Sales, Structuring, and Trading teams to ensure product-market fit and commercial viability.
- Oversee the development, launch, and evolution of power products from concept to retirement
- Enhance cross-functional collaboration between stakeholders and development teams, as it pertains to Project Phoenix, and the CPQ needs during the development and testing phases
- Provide insights on competitive landscape, emerging technologies, and customer trends
- Represent ENGIE in industry forums, conferences, and working groups to shape market evolution
- Educate internal teams on product capabilities and market dynamics
