Requirements

• First experience in sales support or telephone sales
• Good understanding of sales process flows
• Knowledge of export and customs clearance is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and a secure, engaging presence on the phone
• Structured, independent, and result-oriented work style
• High self-motivation, reliability, and stress resistance
• Secure handling of CRM systems and very good MS-Office skills
• Customer-oriented, analytical thinking
• Very good German and English skills in word and text; further languages are an advantage
