Engelhart is a commodities trading company that acquired Trailstone, a global energy trading and technology company, in 2024. We are seeking a Japan Short-Term Power Trader to join our team in Tokyo, responsible for executing short-term electricity trading strategies and managing risk.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent practical experience in highly quantitative fields such as mathematics, physics, and engineering
• At least 2-3 years of practical experience in quantitative analysis-based positions in energy and commodity trading or finance
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit
• Business-level Japanese and business-level English
• Proven ability to formulate and execute trading strategies
