Senior Customer Success Manager

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Engageware, you will deliver high-value customer engagement to improve adoption and satisfaction. You will support the ongoing engagement, success, and growth of Engageware’s customer base. Travel is required.

Requirements

• Responsible for a portfolio of ~40/50 customer accounts
• Maintain consistent customer engagement and communication
• Experience leading on-site strategic business reviews and executive presentations
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with customer Executive leadership
• Effectively manage project schedules and expectation setting
• Monitor and gauge customer engagement with products and services
• Collaborate with Sales team on account strategy and help identify opportunities to drive adoption, expansion, and cross-sell
