Job Description
Enertia Software is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead all levels of their product technology stack. This role is critical for delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure software, fostering innovation and collaboration, and leading teams through continuous improvement. The position focuses on architecture, performance, maintainability, and secure coding practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering
- 5+ years in engineering leadership roles
- Proven experience leading full-stack engineering teams in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
- Deep technical expertise in modern software architectures, cloud platforms, and scalable service-oriented systems
- Experience with .NET, SQL Server, and Angular/React is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern SDLC practices
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
