EnerSys is seeking a Cost Accounting Manager to join their finance team in Burnaby, British Columbia. The role focuses on analyzing sales, COGS, and gross margin data, providing insights to business decisions, and owning accounting standards. They are seeking a highly organized individual to work as a go-to person for the finance team, building relationships with operations and management.
Requirements
- Be a business partner to operations.
- Lead the cost accounting team.
- Prepare manufacturing annual budget and monthly forecasts.
- Review inventory balance sheet account reconciliations and analysis.
- Oversight and ownership of the inventory reserve provision.
- Lead the annual physical inventory.
