Contracts Specialist

EnerMech is looking for a Contracts Specialist based in Houston Texas, where you’ll work closely with Legal to review, negotiate, and approve prime contracts, subcontracts, and purchase/supply agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or related experience.
• 15+ years in contracts/commercial roles, ideally in energy, construction, or related sectors.
• Experience handling high-volume workloads under tight deadlines.
• Strong project management, risk analysis, and commercial diligence skills.
• Proven track record reviewing, marking up, and negotiating contracts with a commercial focus.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• CIPS or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience mentoring and coaching teams.
