Job Description
EnergyHub is seeking a motivated Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on Demand Response events. The role involves guiding team members, strategic oversight, and developing programs that improve efficiency, scalability, and team organization. The Manager will collaborate with engineering, product, and other teams to deliver quality code on time and in scope, focusing on the next generation of dispatch solutions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience directly managing teams of developers (ideally with teams of 5-7+)
- Core technical knowledge of Java, Spring, AWS, MongoDB, and C#/.NET
- Strong foundational understanding of computer science principles and SDLC best practices
