Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience leading maintenance, reliability and facilities teams within fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record implementing reliability engineering, TPM, and lean manufacturing principles to improve asset performance and reduce downtime.
• Strong technical expertise in industrial automation, utilities, facilities infrastructure, and environmental control systems.
• Experienced in capital project management, cross-functional leadership, and delivering sustainable operational improvements.
• Ability to bring a proactive and reliability based approach towards equipment maintenance and infrastructure management.
