Job Description
Energy Impact Partners (EIP) is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support two Credit team Managing Partners, the Chief Utility Officer & a team of Principals. The role involves managing complex travel arrangements, maintaining office facilities, and providing comprehensive executive support. EIP is a global investment platform focused on clean energy innovation and managing over $5 billion in assets.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of professional experience as executive assistant in senior leadership settings
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset
- High degree of energy and drive
