Job Description
The Energy Group is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineering Manager to lead a team of Electrical Engineers and Designers. The ideal candidate will have technical and personnel leadership skills, with experience in electrical design and engineering consulting. They will be responsible for guiding their team, building client relationships, and recruiting top talent to fuel the company's growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 6+ years of electrical engineering experience
- 3+ years in a leadership role
- Power generation and/or industrial experience
- Familiarity with tools such as ETAP, SKM, AutoCAD, and Revit
