Project Manager Commercial

We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager Commercial to support Sales during the tender and contract phase, calculate and monitor project budgets, negotiate offers, and manage contracts and claims with customers and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Support Sales in tender, contract, and budget management.
• Responsible for project calculations, budget & cost monitoring, and reporting.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial offers all crafts during execution of projects.
• Lead the commercial aspects of the project in collaboration with project managers and team leaders.
• Manage contracts and claims with customers and subcontractors.
• Execute risk and opportunity management and project control throughout the project lifecycle.
