Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Business Analyst to take ownership of the Human Resources and Legal business area portfolio. This role will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, overseeing both prioritized and non-prioritized initiatives, and acting as a liaison between the business units, internal technology teams, and external vendors.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst, ideally supporting HR and/or Legal functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Strong process mapping and Visio skills.
- SHRM, PHR or CHRP certifications are a plus.
- Experience with HR/Payroll tools such as Dayforce are a plus.
- Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP™) preferred.
