HSSEQ Advisor

We are seeking a driven professional in the field of HSSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality) to play a key role in a young and growing organization. As an HSSEQ Advisor at Eneco eMobility, you will help implement and improve our quality management system and safety culture in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Requirements

• Support the implementation, maintenance, and development of the ISO 9001 quality management system
• Promote a proactive safety and quality culture within the organization
• Monitor and report on HSSEQ performance, including trend analysis
• Develop and facilitate training sessions and workshops to increase HSSEQ awareness
• Monitor complaints and incidents, conduct root cause analyses, and ensure follow-up
• Serve as a central point of contact for all HSSEQ-related questions within the organization
• Ensure compliance and audit preparation, and support the organization in risk management and continuous improvement
