Job Description
Endor Labs is building a security platform for the software development revolution, helping teams identify risks and fix problems faster. They are seeking a seasoned backend engineer to lead efforts in designing, building, and maintaining observability tools and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in observability, operational excellence, and user-focused insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong foundation in backend development
- Proficiency in Golang
- Hands-on experience with observability ecosystems (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, etc.)
- Strong SRE mindset
- Familiarity with distributed systems, metrics pipelines, and scalable monitoring infrastructure
- Proven ability to design and implement technical solutions from the ground up
- Excellent communication skills
