Job Description
Encord is a rapidly growing AI infrastructure company building the future of AI. They are seeking a Financial Controller to shape and support the company's finance function as it scales. The role focuses on financial rigour, compliance, process improvement, and supporting the company's expansion through a 100+ person team.
Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Experience managing international finance operations
- Solid understanding of technical accounting and compliance
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of improving finance processes
