Job Description
The Systems Engineer (CIS Security Accreditation) will provide security accreditation advice and guidance to NCI Agency Project, System Managers and NCI Agency contractors during the whole life cycle of NATO CIS. The incumbent will conduct Security Risk Assessment (SRA), identify threats and vulnerabilities, and provide risk management recommendations. The candidate will also identify, plan, develop, and manage required documents for accreditation, draft versions of SSRSs/SecOPs/STVPs/STVR templates, and build and sustain effective communications with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 3 years of post-related experience
- NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET security clearance
- Good knowledge and experience in Security Accreditation of major CIS acquisition and/or development projects
- Good knowledge and experience in security risk assessment methodologies and tools
- Good knowledge and experience in planning, design, and implementation of security components of major CIS
