OCONUS Configuration/Change Manager (location is Camp Humphreys, Korea)

Empower AI is seeking a Configuration/Change Manager to work on-site at Camp Humphreys, Korea. The successful candidate will establish and maintain configuration management policies, procedures, and standards, and oversee the change management process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Configuration Management (CM) on IT service-related contracts within the past ten (10) years
• Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
• Proven understanding of IT configuration and change control practices
• Experience creating and managing configuration baselines and change logs
• Familiarity with ITIL, ISO, or CMMI frameworks related to CM
