Job Description
This Distribution Supervisor role focuses on optimizing inventory, managing assets and facility, and ensuring the proper process flows within a distribution center. Responsibilities include order fulfillment, production monitoring, asset stewardship, and leading and training warehouse staff. The role requires using Warehouse Management System (WMS) effectively to improve efficiency and problem-solving.
Requirements
- 1+ year of plant operations experience (preferred)
- Proven leadership skills
- Proficiency in computer skills (preferred)
- Ability to initiate work with minimal supervision
