PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

The PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR will effectively manage assigned personnel, lead through goal setting, communication, and coaching, and assist with personnel decisions. The role involves motivating and correcting personnel, maintaining an open dialogue, and resolving problems. The supervisor will also monitor and supervise production line(s), ensure work standards are implemented, and maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 3-5 years of experience in a production supervision role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
