Assistant Professor - Palliative Medicine Physician (Grady)

Emory University is seeking a Board Certified or eligible Hospice and Palliative Medicine Physician to provide inpatient and outpatient palliative care services. This role involves direct patient care within the palliative care setting at Grady Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. The position requires providing consultation services, facilitating patient goals, and conducting student teaching and evaluation.

Requirements

• Board certified or eligible in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
• Clinical service time of 184 clinical days per year with 160 weekdays and 24 weekend days (total 184).
• Willingness to work in a clinical setting involving human blood and tissues
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
• Supervisory responsibilities for students, residents, and medical students
