Job Description
We are Emma - The Sleep Company, a community of smart, driven people united by a strong culture of collaboration, teamwork, and knowledge sharing. We develop the best sleep comfort products and are looking for a Process Improvement Intern to support our Production Excellence initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently studying Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Data/Analytics, or a related field
- Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets and dashboarding or reporting tools
- Strong analytical thinker, able to work with performance data and identify patterns
- Clear communicator, capable of translating data and process observations into simple narratives and recommendations
- Proactive and take ownership, consistently looking for answers, driving small improvements, and following through
