Job Description
Eminence Home Care is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide essential support to clients in their homes. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, and contributing to a positive environment. Candidates should be dedicated, reliable, and able to maintain client dignity and independence.
Requirements
- Assist clients with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Support clients with mobility and transfers
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proof of immunizations
- Negative TB test
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor
