Personal Care Assitant (PCA)

Eminence Home Care is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide essential support to clients in their homes. PCA's will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and contribute to a positive home environment. The role requires both physical and emotional support for clients who may be elderly or in need of assistance.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a similar role.
• Possess a caring and compassionate demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proof of immunizations and a negative TB test.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to work independently and maintain contact with management.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
