Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Eminence Home Care is seeking talented Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide assistance to clients with daily living tasks. The role involves ensuring client safety, providing companionship, and maintaining accurate documentation. Experience in the home care, healthcare, or customer service industry is preferred, but not required. The successful candidate will follow individualized care plans and demonstrate compassion.

Requirements

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Prepare meals and feed clients.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation.
• Assist with light housekeeping.
• Run errands as needed.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Passing a pre-employment physical and TB test.
