Emesent is seeking a passionate New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer to join our fast-paced design and manufacturing team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
- Problem-solving and root cause analysis (e.g., Six Sigma, FMEA)
- Project management and communication skills
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to manufacturing and safety
