Shift Lead - Ridge Tool

In this role, you will be responsible for directing hourly employees, providing feedback, and ensuring the successful completion of order picking, order packing, and stock replenishment. You will also be responsible for training employees, monitoring workflow, and ensuring accuracy.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution operation
• Goal-oriented and able to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to create an inclusive environment
