Requirements

• High school graduate or higher (preferably from a mechanical-related program)
• Experience in inspection using measuring instruments
• Strong personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of machining and materials
• Ability to accurately interpret technical drawings
• Effective spoken and written communication in Japanese
• Commitment, self-motivation, and results-driven sales mentality
