Job Description
Emerson is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to create, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for complex components. This role involves translating engineering models into machining processes, utilizing CAM software, and collaborating with various teams to support product launch and process improvement. Success requires a deep understanding of machining principles and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Develop and optimize CNC programs.
- Design and/or specify fixturing and workholding solutions.
- Analyze quality data and implement corrective programming changes.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams.
- Provide mentorship to CNC operators and programmers.
