Job Description
Join our team at Emerson Discrete Automation as an Assembly Manager! Assemble and oversee a team of Assembly Supervisors to ensure seamless operations, productivity, and quality standards in the Assembly department. Foster a strong safety culture and implement continuous improvement projects and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
Requirements
- HS Diploma (or equivalent) and 5+ years of assembly experience
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing or assembly environment, preferably overseeing multiple shifts.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols, hazard identification, JSA, and safety culture development.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, KANBAN, GEMBA, and OpEx initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Current legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
