This is an exciting opportunity to join our top-notch Sales & Customer Success team, working closely with clients to deliver impactful software development projects. This position is primarily remote, with regular in-office visits to our Minneapolis, MN location as well as client-related local travel.
Requirements
- Manage and nurture relationships within the SMB customer segment.
- Partner with the marketing team to execute lead generation strategies.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through research, outreach, and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in the CRM system.
- Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Stay current with industry trends and Microsoft technologies to articulate our value proposition.
