The position involves handling commercial foreclosures, receiverships, real estate-related litigation, and bankruptcies. The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of experience in commercial litigation or bankruptcy litigation and expertise in commercial foreclosures, receiverships, and real estate-related litigation.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in commercial litigation or bankruptcy litigation
• Expertise in commercial foreclosures, receiverships, and real estate-related litigation
• Experience with motion practice, discovery processes, and courtroom advocacy
• Familiarity with commercial landlord-tenant litigation
• Active bar membership and good standing in the state where you practice
• Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills

Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $275,000 - $350,000 (dependent on experience)
