Smartplus is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager specializing in Procurement and Logistics to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution logistics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager in procurement and logistics, preferably within the technology or electronics industry.
- Data analytics knowledge
- Strong experience in demand forecasting
- Hands on experience on AI to maximize work efficiency
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office.
- Certifications in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CIPS) are a plus.
