Job Description
As a Small Business Underwriting Assistant Manager at EMC, you will lead and support an assigned Small Business underwriting team, ensuring operational execution, talent development, quality assurance, and agency engagement. You will drive profitable growth across all Small Business lines and act as a key connector between Small Business leadership, regional partners, Product Management, Operations, and Platform/Technology teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an insurance or business related field or equivalent experience
- Eight years of commercial lines underwriting experience
- CPCU designation or other underwriting-related designation(s) preferred
- Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred
