Requirements

• Delivery Management: Executes the enterprise data management roadmap and plans, tracks, and monitors priorities for the data engineering team.
• Data Application Systems Ownership: Oversees the cross-functional management of data engineering application(s) or solution(s) to achieve business goals.
• Technical Leadership: Establishes processes for Agile delivery management, code quality management, and data quality management to ensure team efficiency.
• People Leadership: Builds and sustains a data engineering team with strong technical and operational capabilities.
