Job Description
As a Casualty Risk Control Director at EMC, you will lead a specialized team and develop casualty specific plans to support profitability and growth goals. You will collaborate with Corporate Office Underwriting, field operations leadership, and Claims to review and analyze casualty risks and claims trends. You will also support broader service efforts by developing a casualty loss control strategy and maintaining subject matter expertise within casualty risk control.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in safety, engineering, industrial safety, fire protection, or related field
- Ten years of progressively responsible experience with loss control, safety, engineering, or related experience
- Related master's degree or relevant market certifications/designations preferred
